Bamboozle Cafe is an Urban Vietnamese Fusion kitchen in the middle of Downtown Tampa, serving a vibrant mix of fresh French and Vietnamese specialties. We are dedicated to bringing nutritious yet flavorful dining to Downtown Tampa and the Channel District.

Our menu features classic Vietnamese Pho soups, fresh rolls hand-wrapped in rice paper, banh mi Vietnamese sandwiches, Vietnamese noodle salads (bun), bite-sized Asian fusion desserts, and plenty more.
